The state Driver and Motor Vehicle Services Division (DMV) requires you to process an address change on your Oregon drivers license as soon as possible. Fill in the online Oregon address change form and submit it. Within two weeks, the change of address takes effect.

By Mail

Complete the change of address form and mail it to the DMV at the following address.

Complete the address change application form.

Drop it off at any of the regional DMV locations.

Oregon Address Change On Registration and Title

Oregon drivers license address change procedure may also be applied to change of address on vehicle registration and title. Oregon change of address on these two government documents is also mandatory. Applicants may either apply by mail or online within 30 days of moving to the new address.
